SOLE SHAREHOLDING COMPANY

NVSM Limited is a sole shareholder company and therefore structured decision making on both acquisitions and units sales can be made immediately and without any referrals/time delays.

NVSM FINANCES

NVSM does not rely on any third party finance. NVSM is structured to rely upon its own cash reserves for financing of any purchases. Only in rare situations would NVSM use any bank finance.

NVSM RISK MANAGEMENT

NVSM structures its purchases using a well established defined property risk management strategy for example: NVSM will not purchase a  1 site 1 location property containing in excess of 100 units yet NVSM would purchase 10 sites of 15 units across different locations.
