PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT

(2004 - CURRENT)

The above rental investment strategy has been complimented by a property development strategy which focuses upon selling housing units and creating cash reserves.

PRIVATE CLIENT CONSULTING

Most recently and without compromise to the above two strategic focuses, NVSM had now developed close working relationships with international based third parties so that they can achieve benefit from the UK housing market and avoid any purchase/development pitfalls.
